Do you eat the heel of bread?

Heel of bread may look ugly you will throw it away immediately you unwrap the loaf packaging. But unlike for some people like me. I do enjoy the heel of a loaf.

Bread heel is toasted and sandwiched with pan fried egg with cucumber and tomato cuts.

My Favourite Roti Bakar (Toast) toppings is a tea spoon of sugar on top of butter spread.

When I ate it, crunchy and sweet on the tongue.
